Honeywell OSID-RE Beam Type Smoke Detector
OSID-RE beam type smoke detector was developed by Honeywell to produce economical and error-free solutions for standard applications. OSID-RE IR has a single beam wavelength. OSID-RE, which has a detection distance of 100m, works with the help of a reflective reflector. However, unlike other beam type smoke detectors, it has a CMOS imaging sensor just like OSID. Thanks to this sensor, it prevents errors by compensating for building movements. It also prevents false alarms by not being affected by sun reflections. Thanks to the automatic alignment mode, there is no need for constant manual alignment.
Economical Beam Type Detector Solution
OSID-RE can protect approximately 1200m2 area alone. Since it has a reflector, it is possible to offer very economical solutions in projects with the OSID-RE model. The LED lights on it instantly inform users about its status. Thanks to the Ozer laser commissioning kit, it can be put into operation in a very short time and reduces commissioning costs.
