The OSID-INST installation kit enables the commissioning of OSID beam type smoke detectors in a very short time. Thanks to the built-in laser pointer, the unit or reflector at the opposite end is aligned. The process is completed by fixing the OSID imaging unit thanks to its special head.

Thanks to the USB connection, you can access the 1000 event memories on the OSID. It is also possible to see the viewing angle of the CMOS sensor and the location of the transmitters. By connecting to the OSID device via USB connection, smoke levels in the environment can be monitored live and alarm threshold levels can be decided more accurately.
